Today marks the opening ceremony of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. A few years ago my friend and I thought it would be so cool if we were able to go to the winter olympics in 2010, yet we ended up traveling overseas to South Korea 
It was well worth it though, I must admit, since I had a ton of fun in Korea.
Part of me wishes that I could have gone to Vancouver as well to see the olympics. After all, it is held only once every 4 years, and what are the chances that it’ll be held in Canada again any time soon? Hopefully one day I’ll get a chance to see the olympics live and up close! Until then, I’ll keep on wishing~!
